Since 1994, Hubert von Carnap GmbH & Co. KG has been committed to consistently applying and continuously improving quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Our quality policy sets the framework for our quality objectives and is regularly reviewed for appropriateness and adequacy.

Processes & Improvement

Our processes aim to exceed our customers’ expectations. To achieve this goal, processes are regularly improved. These improvements are triggered by our employees, by audits or by input from outside.

Customer satisfaction

The satisfaction of our customers is in our central entrepreneurial interest, and is regularly measured by us. We are constantly working to improve product quality, delivery reliability and our service to further increase customer satisfaction. Feedback from our customers is important input for us to improve.
