Spring cleaning
At the beginning of the new year, employees met on free Saturdays to volunteer to rearrange certain areas in the company in order to optimize the previous order.
Production processes were analyzed in advance and behavioral patterns noted. Together with the employees, a plan was developed to optimize the production hall. The main goal was to improve accessibility, section off areas for departments and create the shortest possible routes for employees.
After a period of 1.5 months, we can now proudly say that we have succeeded and that everyone is satisfied with the move. Further actions are planned to optimize the company’s productivity and thus extend our high quality standards for our customers.
