OUR PRINCIPLES

Responsibility is demonstrated through action.

Our corporate policy sets out a shared framework for quality, cooperation, occupational health and safety, and the responsible use of resources.

A BINDING FRAMEWORK

What guides our work.

As a fifth-generation family business, we think beyond the individual order. Reliability, quality and continuous improvement shape our decisions at the Windeck site.

Management provides the necessary framework. At the same time, every employee contributes to implementing these principles within their own area of responsibility.

01

Customers and quality

We align development, production and service with our customers’ agreed requirements. Activities relevant to quality and safety are planned, controlled and monitored. We use feedback, complaints and errors to identify causes and continuously improve our processes.

02

Responsible commercial performance

Reliable services, clear responsibilities and efficient business processes secure the long-term development of our family business. Binding obligations and the protection of business and personal data are part of this commitment.

03

Employees and occupational health and safety

We are committed to a respectful working environment free from discrimination and harassment. Health, safe working conditions, suitable work equipment, qualifications and ongoing training are given high priority. Corruption and bribery are not tolerated.

04

Partnerships and the supply chain

We value long-term, trusting relationships with suppliers and service providers. Partners are selected carefully; quality, reliability, and environmental and employment practices are considered in our cooperation.

05

Environment and resources

We improve products and processes with the aim of using materials, energy and other resources responsibly and avoiding environmental impacts. This includes material-efficient designs, renewable energy at our site and the ongoing assessment of suitable alternatives.

06

Human and labour rights

We reject child labour, forced and compulsory labour, and discriminatory employment practices. Employment relationships are voluntary and based on mutual agreement. Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Review our standards. Improve our impact.

We regularly review requirements, objectives and processes and continue to develop our management system. Binding obligations, the expectations of relevant stakeholders and insights from our daily work guide this process.
