Need an external gluing stage for your die-cut blanks? We assess material, structure, gluing pattern, quantity and preferred date using your drawing or a sample. Blank width, delivery and the required bundling are agreed for each job. Machine specifications refer to the width of the flat blank, not the finished carton dimensions. HvC does not provide filling or fulfilment.

What buyers want to know.
Which carton styles can be glued?+
The possible scope ranges from conventional longitudinal seam gluing to more complex structures. Feasibility is checked using a sample or drawing.
Are folding cartons delivered flat?+
Glued folding cartons are usually delivered flat and bundled so that they can be transported efficiently and erected at the customer’s site.
Does HvC also fill the packaging?+
No. HvC manufactures and glues the folding cartons, but does not provide fulfilment or pack end products for customers.
What information does HvC need for a contract gluing enquiry?+
Please specify the board grade and thickness, flat blank width, quantity, gluing pattern and preferred date. A die-cutting drawing or sample helps with assessment. Also let us know when the blanks can be delivered and how the glued cartons should be bundled.
Which blank widths can the Diana gluing machines process?+
The maximum flat blank widths are 1,050 mm for the Diana 105, 1,150 mm for the Diana 115 and 1,650 mm for the Diana 165. These figures do not describe the finished carton dimensions. Material, structure and gluing pattern are also assessed for each job.
