Hanging carton for garden and small accessories

Present and explain compact accessories on retail hooks.

A printed hanging carton combines product information with an integrated hanger. A carefully positioned open cutout can reveal part of the product without using window film. Retention, opening size and hanging load are developed for the specific article.

The hose connector shown is a concept example for lightweight accessories. The cutout and internal retention need to prevent unintended release of the product. The hanger and carton structure must be checked with the actual product weight and intended display.

What needs checking with the actual product

  • Product shape, weight and secure retention inside the carton
  • Open cutout size and retention when the product is handled
  • Hole shape, retail hook and load on the hanger

BEFORE YOUR ENQUIRY

What to know for your project.

What information does HvC need for a hanging carton?

Share the product dimensions and weight, intended quantity, artwork and planned presentation on a retail hook. An original product helps us develop the product support, open cutout and retention together.

Which paperboard will hold the product on a retail hook?

This cannot be determined from the illustration alone. Board grade, grammage, construction and hole shape are coordinated with the actual product weight and intended hook. The hanger and product retention need to be checked using a physical sample.

Has the illustrated hanging carton been made as a physical sample?

No. The illustration shows a hose-connector packaging concept, not a manufactured sample or a standard product available to order. Whether its open cutout and product support suit your article is established during development and sample checks.
