From intended use to structural design
Counter displays, product trays and smaller presentation packs have different requirements for stability, access and visibility. The starting points are product dimensions and weight, number of units, filling, transport route and the intended period of use.
Solid board is particularly suitable for compact structures and high-quality printed designs. Whether it is sufficient for a specific load is assessed through structural design and samples.
Consider handling and logistics
A convincing display must do more than look good when erected. It should be transportable flat or sensibly pre-assembled, straightforward to set up and safe to stock at its place of use.
- Assembly sequence and required manual operations
- Stability when fully stocked and partially emptied
- Protection of sensitive printed and visible surfaces
- Pallet layout, outer carton and transport stresses
- Areas for branding, product information and labelling
Samples before series production
A sample allows the structure, proportions, product fit and visibility to be assessed early. Structural design or material is adjusted before series-production approval where required.
HvC develops and produces custom solid-board solutions. Stocking or assembling them with customer products is not part of our services.
